Weddings

 

jocina and jonny picked one of the most beautiful spots in the world to wed. they shared their vows and celebrated with all their closet friends and family on maui at the plantation golf course, kapalua resort. these two met while working at a golf course and it's one of their favorite things to do together. the plantation course is jonny's dream course. it seemed fitting to have them take a little putt on the 18th hole right after their ceremony. it was also quite fitting that jocina drained the putt on her first try. i think it's a sign that these two are off to an awesome start. jocina and jonny are sweet as can be, they are loved by so many wonderful people. we feel very lucky to have been apart of all the love and laughter that week. we left the island knowing we had just made two special lifelong friends. we are also so excited that they live right down the street from us, because it's always a treat when we bump into them at the gas station and grocery store.

we caught the island bug while shooting weddings in hawaii this spring and summer. we've decided to escape the rain in seattle and return to hawaii this winter for an extended stay. we will spend most of our time visiting jon's family and friends on oahu in november and most of december. we would love to do some photo shoots in the sunshine while we are over there. please contact us if you have plans to be in hawaii this winter, all our local packages for weddings and portraits are available.
